We ate "HOUTOU" and "TORIMOTSUNI" of the famous food in Kofu.
HOUTOU is a noodle of the miso taste soup with many kinds of vegetables such as pumpkin, carrot, potato, mushroom, burdock, radish, taro, mountain herbs and spring onion, etc.
TORIMOTSUNI is the food that got the grand prix of B class gourmet last year. It is food that the gizzard, heart, liver and egg in chicken are boiled with sweet soy sauce. Actually, I ate though I don’t like livers, and it was very good.
I thought it was delicious because we ate in the birthplace of these food.
