I go to a sports gym with my husband almost every weekend. At there we enjoy training for muscle with some machines, taking yoga lesson, doing aerobics, playing squash at the exercise place ,or swimming in the pool.
And I like training with the bicycle machine while listening music, watching television or reading book. But, it might not be a good exercise because my brain is thinking other things except for my muscle.
Actually, I became sleepy while training yesterday. This might be my special skill, right?? I think people who know me well understand about it, maybe...
Anyway, I want to train up my inner muscle, and to develop my basic physical strength. Yeah, I should do so. I often feel so recently.
