I went to a carrot show held in the vegetable sommelier association yesterday. In the show, twenty-four carrot's farmers or producers assembled from the whole Japan. And, about one hundred people evaluated about the taste of those carrots that with fresh ,steamed and juice, etc.
All carrots had each sweetness and smell, but I was surprised at the difference of taste of the juice. And I was interested in a long carrot of about one meter and some colorful color's carrots.
I enjoyed the carrot show. And I felt each farmer and producer had zeal and pride for their carrots. But I might have eaten too much…my feeling became rabbit!
