Hi, Thanks for coming to my blog. I'm sorry I can't update this blog often. Well, I took English conversation lesson today. And I discussed about healthy or unhealthy foods I frequently eat. So I want to write about that.
I eat soybean products such as natto, tofu and soybean milk every day. They are a good source of plant protein, and they don't have a lot of fat, so they are low calories and healthy foods. Besides, they have isoflavon. Do you know isoflavon? It's one of phytochemical, and it has anti-oxidant effect. As you know, oxidizing our body is the worst for our health, the big cause of illness and aging. So it's important to prevent oxidizing for our health. And isoflavon similar to a female hormone, so eating soybean products is very good for women.
And I eat fresh green salad and ohitashi(boiled greens) almost every day. Vegetables are a good source of vitamin, mineral and dietary fiber, and to get these nutrients from vegetables can expect to keep your health.
And I eat yoghurt and fresh fruit almost every morning. Yoghurt is a fermented food, so it's good for the intestinal health.
And, about unhealthy foods that I eat, actually I hardly eat. I drink alcohol such as beer or wine almost every day, but I drink a little, and I enjoy eating food with them, and feel happy, so alcohol is not bad for my health.
Anyway, the most important thing is having a well-balanced diet. And eating foods with fun must be good for your health. Yeah, Enjoy your healthy foods!
