Hi, How have you been? I've been very busy recently. And I'm sorry I can't update this blog these days. I have other thing I have to concentrate now. It's a big challenge for me. But I'm studying English every day, and I'm taking English lesson sometimes.
By the way,I did Umeboshi Making and Lunch with my English teacher and her coworker at her house last weekend. It was really fun, and we had a wonderful time!
But there is one thing we are worried. It's about mold. We researched about the way Umeboshi doesn't go moldy. And we learned about the percentage of salt. But we couldn't weight the amount of salt at that making day. Because we didn't have a scale!! Oh, my god! Yeah, we are crossing our fingers for our umeboshi!!!
