Well, I took a cooking lecture of tohoku local dishes yesterday. Actually I've been interested in local food especially of tohoku area in Japan after the great earthquake.
And I learned four kinds local dishes and the wisdom of cooking of people in tohoku area. They have been making food by useing ingredients in excellent preservation and seasonal vegetables well. I'll try making these dishes and I'd like to know tohoke local food more!
