Thank you for visiting my blog. Today,I'd like to introduce a salad. Do you know this vegetable? It's called "Suizenjina". When I came to my hometown Kumamoto last week,I made the salad with this vegetable for my parents. It was easy cooking, delicious, and my parents were really delighted.
By the way, Suizenjina have purple on the back of leaves. And it has a high nutrition, such as vitamin A,C,Potassium, calcium, iron etc.
Thank you for the interesting article every time.
I'm glad to know that you visited your home town (Kumamoto) and had nice time with your parents.
I envy your parents, because my mother is alreay gone eleven years ago.
The photo of Mt.Fuji taken from the airplane is also very fine.
The salad of Suizenji vegitable seems very interesting.
It seems having many healthy contents and delicious.
Can we buy it at a usual super market?
What kind of dressing meets it?
Hello, ST Rocker-san!
Thank you for your many comments!
I'm very glad to know you're interested in my article.
And, I'm sorry your mother had passed away already.
About Suizenjina, I've never seen it at usual supermarket, so I got it at a direct sales store.
And you don't need dressing to this salad because it's mixed with the sauted mushroom and garlic with salt and pepper and lemon instead of dressing.
But I think suizenjina and any dressing go well.
Um...I want to try Thousand Island dressing next time.
And, I love Mt. Fuji, but I couldn’t see it from airplane this time.
By the way, I’d like to be the 10,000th visitor to your blog!
