Hello, how are you? Do you like curry? I think that almost of people likes curry. Yeah, of course, me too!
Today, I want to introduce a roux for curry I usually use. This roux made by vegetable's stuff, doesn't contain animal fat and chemical seasoning. So, you can use this roux even if you're a vegetarian. And I sometimes make vegetable's curry for our health though my family and I aren't vegetarians.

When I make curry I use many kinds of vegetables and beans.
この日は、玉ねぎ（onion)、ごぼう(burdock)、にんじん(carrot)、 セロリ(celery)、トマト(tomato)、茄子(eggplant,aubergine)、 いんげん(kidney beans)、じゃがいも(potato)、かぼちゃ(pampkin)、 舞茸(maitake-mushroom)、にんにく(garlic)、しょうが(ginger)、 豆類(some kinds of beans)を使用。
I usually eat rice mixed some millet. I served purple black rice with this curry.
