I went to the cooking lesson at a restaurant with my friend today. And we learned about how to cook confit of duck. Have you ever made confit? It is French food to have soaked meat of goose, duck and pig, etc. in fat. And, it is a cooking to which it takes a lot of time. If I would make it in my home, I will need about 15 hours. And it was soooo delicious!
By the way, I want to introduce a can of duck’s confit to you. If you would go to Paris, I recommend to get it. Because it was also so delicious that I can't notice a canned food. I wish I could get it in Japan.
