Nobody knows what happen tomorrow, but everything is necessary for myself on my life. This is my road I have been walking to be HAPPY-aging not anti-aging.
And, where there's a will, there's a way!

Now we can get almost all vegetables anytime,
but we can eat bamboo shoot in only spring.
So I usually get bamboo shoot every spring,
and make some dishes for them.
This is a kind of the largest bamboo shoot,
and it is called “mousouchiku”（孟宗竹）.
First, bamboo shoot was boiled with the rice bran.
And, I made the side dish with soft seaweed
and the bamboo shoot rice.
We enjoyed the special taste of spring!
