Hi, thanks for coming to my blog. My husband and I went to Yatsugatake with our friends on the national holiday last week. It was a wonderful day trip. And we also stopped by the highest station in Japan railway called Nobeyama. The altitude is 1,345m. And the temperature was five degrees below zero at that time. Wow! We enjoyed bird watching around there, and met a horned owl for the first time. The horned owl was flapping above the snowfield. We were so excited!
Hi, thanks for coming to my blog. Yesterday, I enjoyed cooking some dishes used miso with my English teacher. Actually we started making genmai miso one years ago. Yeah, we had to wait for one year until finished. So, the other day I was very excited when I opened the pot at last!
And,first we compared the taste of each homemade miso yesterday. They were almost same and have a really good taste!
And we made many types of miso sauce yesterday. Yeah, we enjoyed cooking and eating our original miso dishes. They all were really delicious! And the English cooking lunch was very useful for my English. We had a wonderful time!!

Hi, Thanks for coming to my blog. Have you ever eaten this big citrus fruit called Banpeiyu? It is quite bigger than Hassak such as a regular size's orange. I heard Banpeiyu is the biggest citrus fruit in the world. This Banpeiyu came from my hometown Kumamoto. It has a good smell, so we put it on our living room, and enjoy looking and smelling first. Yeah, our living room is filled with the fresh and sweet smell. And I'm looking forward to eating it!
Hi, Thanks for coming to my blog. I usually take the English conversation lesson on Thursday. And I learned about a very important English rule today. Yeah, I was shocked that I didn't learn about that until now. I was mistaken about the preposition " of ".

私は、①のMichiko's bookのように所有格でアポストロフィを付けて表現できる言葉は、 the book of Michiko と前置詞ofでも表現できると、今まで思っていましたよ。。。
Hi, Thank you very much for coming to my blog. Do you like Ginkgo nuts? As you know they don't have good smell, but delicious! By the way, I wonder if people eat ginkgo nuts in Europe and America. Because I've never eaten western dish with ginkgo nuts. Well, I tried to crack ginkgo nuts I was given the other day. It was not easily, because they have very hard husks! First, I used microwave oven and frying pan to crack them. Then, some of them cracked open like explosion! Oh, my god!! I was scared very much!!! So, I used nutcracker anyway. And we ate half of them with olive oil, salt and black pepper. It was so delicious! I recommend it as a snack eaten with wine.
