Today, let me introduce a recipe for Noni. I proposed the pickles of Koushin-daikon and regular daikon with Noni's sweet vinegar I made. And I cut these daikons into the shape like chrysanthemum. Then, Koushin-daikon's inside has red color. So, regular white daikon changed pink color. Is it pretty, right? I made this recipe for one of New year’s happy food. I hope you like it.
【 Flower Daikon with Noni × Sweet Vinegar 】
Ingredients(Serves4-6) 2/1 Koushin-daikon 200g Daikon 1 Red pepper Skin of yuzu Salt (A) 2 tbsp.sugar, 1/4 tsp.salt, 70cc vinegar, 30cc nonipure, 1/2tbsp.mirin
Directions ① Cut koushin-daikon and daikon like chrysanthemum flower. Dip them in salt water to be soft. ② Mix (A) ingredients. Add red pepper. Soak koushin-daikon and daikon in it for about a half day. ③ Put yuzu or red pepper on the flower daikon when you serve them.

Ingredients(1 serve) 120g Tokoroten For topping; green perilla(shiso), mioga, chive, ginger, sesame For sauce; 1/2 tbsp. black vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. nonipure
Directions ① Wash and drain Tokoroten. ② Shred shiso and mioga, cut chive, grate ginger. ③ Mix together ingredients for sauce. ④ Put these topping on Tokoroten and pour the sauce

Do you like a Chinese sweet “Annin-tofu”? I guess the good smell and taste of Annin-tofu is suitable to noni. And I made this dessert because kiwi fruits have vitamin C and E a lot. I want to expect anti-oxidation and whitening effect in the season of the strong ultraviolet rays. And,it was delicious!!
【Annin-tofu with Noni×Kiwi fruit】
Ingredients 1 green kiwi fruit (キウイフルーツ1個) 1 golden kiwi fruit（ゴールドキウイ1個） 75g Annin-tofu’powder（杏仁豆腐の素75ｇ） 300cc hot water（熱湯300cc） 180cc milk（牛乳180cc） 20cc nonipure（ノニピュア20cc） Kuko’s seeds（クコの実 適量） ＜syrup＞ 50cc water（水50cc） 1tbsp.sugar（砂糖大さじ１）
Directions ① Mix well annin-tofu’s powder and hot water in a bowl for about one minute. ② Add milk and nonipure in the bowl, mix well, and put it into refrigerator and harden it. ③ Heat water and sugar for syrup in a pan, and cool. ④ Peel and cut kiwi fruits into small pieces, and soak kuko’s seeds in water. ⑤ Arrange kiwi fruits and kuko’s seeds on Annin-tofu, and pour syrup into it.

Ingredients 1 cauliflower （カリフラワー 1コ 400ｇ） 1 cup vinegar （酢 １カップ） 1 cup water （水 １カップ） 3 tbsp. sugar （砂糖 大さじ３） 1/2 tsp. salt （塩 小さじ1/2） 1 tsp. curry powder（カレー粉 小さじ１） 1 tbsp. nonipure（ノニピュア 大さじ１） 1 laurel（ローリエ １枚） 1 red pepper（鷹の爪 １本） 10 whole black pepper(黒こしょうホウル 10粒)
Directions ①Cut cauliflower into small chunks, boil it quickly and drain water. ②Heat vinegar, water, sugar, salt and curry powder in a pan, dissolve them and cool. ③Add nonipure, laurel, red pepper and black pepper. ④Put cauliflower into a clean container, pour the spicy vinegar's soup.

Ingredients(Serves 2) 3 Green asparagus (アスパラガス 3本) 1 Carrot (にんじん 小1本) White celery for topping(トッピング用ホワイトセロリ) [Dressing] 1tsp. Noni Pure (ノニピュア 小さじ1) 1/2tbsp. EV olive oil (EVオリーブオイル 大さじ1/2) 2tsp. Red wine vinegar(赤ワインビネガー 小さじ2) 1/2tsp. Lemon juice (レモン果汁 小さじ1/2) Thyme as you like (タイムの葉を好きなだけ) 1/4tsp. Salt (塩 小さじ1/4) Pepper as you like (こしょう適量)
Directions ①Cut green asparagus in half and boil. ②Cut carrot in the same size as green asparagus and boil. ③Mix ingredients for dressing. Make sure the vegetables are not boiled too much. The fresh smell of thyme and the acidity of the wine vinegar match with Noni-pure. And I recommend eating the salad of green asparagus and carrot together because you can take vitamin A,C and E at the same time that have antioxidation power.
